the well bore pressure as an energy source, whereas other forms of artificial
lift require expensive power requirements.

NLS Tubing
Plunger Lubricator
·The NLS Lubricator out-performs all competitors
with a 5000 psi integral body and internals that surpass any current
specifications. No welded components provide greater safety for service and
company personnel. Threaded ports are integral for increased safety. The
springs are either Inconel or Stainless Steel, for sour or sweet applications.
Installation is simple compared to other types of plunger equipment.

NLS Bottom
Hole Spring Assemblies
·The NLS Ti bottom hole spring assembly
incorporates a Titanium fishneck and Inconel spring, which is used in sour
applications, greatly increasing the life of the fishneck and plunger. For
sweet applications, L-80 material is used. Each system can accommodate a
check-ball and be set in the tubing string with various seating assemblies.


Natural
Lift Systems uses the AliEn Controller, the ALiEn is a versatile, low power
controller for gas well applications that is built to endure harsh weather
conditions. Designed as a low cost production enhancement tool, the ALiEn makes
plunger lift configuration simple with its intuitive menu based interface and
easy to read display.

·NLS patented Automatic Casing Plunger – is a
revolutionary method of capturing downhole pressure to unload liquids in gas
wells. The plunger is designed to sit on bottom, waiting for fluid to build-up.
The hydrostatic forces trigger the plunger to close. Minimal bottom-hole
pressure is then required to lift the plunger to surface. Once the plunger
unloads fluid it strikes the top of your well re-setting itself, falling to
bottom and repeating the process. Several types of sealing cups are available
to combat most well conditions.
·NLS patented Mechanical Casing Plunger – is
available where customers want to control the plunger at surface. This type of
plunger will perform similar to tubing plunger installations.
